How we are paid

Your first appointment or initial consultation is free of charge.

If you ask us to commence research and obtain a mortgage on your behalf our standard processing fee is typically £99. In addition, some lenders may pay us commission on completion of your mortgage or protection product. 

In some circumstances our processing fee may be higher depending on the size of the mortgage or the complexity of the work carried out. Our fees are transparent and we will discuss these with you fully before proceeding.
