How we are paid
Your first appointment or initial consultation is free of charge.
Once we have presented our recommendation our fee is payable on application. Our typical fee is;
- £295 for Residential purchases or remortgage applications OR
- £495 for Buy To Let, impaired credit or Bridging Finance or debt consolidation OR
- £150 for an existing lender product transfer
Our fee becomes payable upon application to the lender.
Fees may vary depending upon the complexity of your requirements, but these will be agreed with you in advance and detailed clearly in our client agreement.
If you choose to proceed with our recommendation and your mortgage goes ahead, we will also be paid commissions from the lender for arranging the mortgage on your behalf.
The amount of commission we receive varies from lender to lender. Information about the range of commissions available to us from the mortgage products we recommend is available upon request.
If you apply for a mortgage that does not go ahead, you will not receive a refund.
You will receive a personalised illustration when considering a particular mortgage, This will highlight the key facts about the mortgage product, including any fees relating to it and the amount of any commisison due to us from the mortgage lender.
A MORTGAGE IS A LOAN SECURED AGAINST YOUR HOME OR PROPERTY. YOUR HOME OR PROPERTY MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBT SECURED ON IT.
